This was my first visit with Dr. Balaraman. She was professional and friendly. She gave the impression that you could ask questions. She was attentive and informative. She examined me and saw the need to take biopsies. Instead of having me make another appointment she took biopsies right then saving me another office visit. Excellent Dictor. I would recommend her first.

Dr. Balaraman is very thorough, kondy, and listened to all of my concerns while being quick to address them. Her staff is prompt, friendly, and is excellent at following through with what they say. I have been very happy and impressed with the care and communication I have been receiving!

Entire office is friendly and professional. Everyone does their job with a smile. I had a small biopsy done on my arm and didn’t feel a thing from the first needle stick onward. They told me when to expect my results and when to come in for my stitch removal. Everything should be this easy to do. When people enjoy their jobs, it shows in their work.

Follow up to earlier exams and treatment went smoothly, staff and support persons were quiet, informative and efficient. Appointment, with Doctor’s review and exam, went quickly with new prescriptions and next appointment date.

Staff was friendly and polite

First time visit. Front desk personnel were very friendly and were helpful with check in. Wait time was a reasonable 10 minutes. Exam room was clean. Assistant asked me why I was there, gave me a gown, and said the doctor would be in shortly. Dr. Balaraman knocked, then came in. She was very friendly. She did a body check. I told her about what had been going on with my body breaking out in rashes in different ways. She said to continue medicine my primary had prescribed and said she was also calling 2 more prescriptions in to my pharmacy. I have a follow up visit in a month. All in all, my visit was very comfortable. I felt like I was with a group of people who really wanted to take care of my medical problem.

Originally I thought she was not thorough but after a discussion with her I realized when she entered the room, she was reviewing my entire exposed body. She is very patient and observant. She allowed me time to discuss my issues and recommended a treatment plan and websites for additional care. I left feeling very comfortable with her and look forward to my next visit.

This was my first time to with this doctor and I was afraid that there might be unnecessary procedures suggested or I might feel uncomfortable in some other way.
